All of our products are made to order and carefully hand-painted, ensuring each item is unique and crafted with attention to detail. Because of this, slightly longer processing times are required.

Why Our Processing Takes 5–7 Days

We don’t mass-produce our items. Each piece is created individually once you place your order.

  • We take time to ensure quality, precision, and a clean finish

  • Each item is checked before dispatch to make sure it meets our standards

This process means you receive something truly one-of-a-kind — made just for you.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Method
We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48, a reliable tracked delivery service.

  • Tracked 48 Delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the made-to-order and hand-painted nature of our products, some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at craft_style@icloud.com with your order number

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address

  3. Package your item securely and send it back to us

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
